October 11th – “A Savory Italian Feast” – A robust collection of our favorite autumn-inspired foods of Italy.  Fried Ravioli, Minestrone, Three Cheese, Tomato, Green Bean & Pancetta Salad, Osso Boco, Chocolate Espresso Torte.  $35

October 20th “Cowboy In The Kitchen” -  Enjoy this beautifully tote-able meal with a true campfire vibe.  Wrangler attire, please…we’re eating on blankets.  Creamy Corn & Grilled Chicken Soup, Warm Grilled Chile Lime Beef  Salad w/ Chipotle Vinaigrette, Cow Poke Branded Pork Kabobs w/ Coffee BBQ Sauce, Road Runner Tailed Corn with Chipotle Lime Butter and Espresso & Pine Nut Brownies w/ Kahlua-Chocolate Glaze.  $35.

October 22nd – Barefoot in the Kitchen – Hampton’s Style” – A must do 10 course event highlighting dishes and recipes from this Food TV icon, Ina Garten.  Parmesan Roasted Asparagus, Vanilla Fig Balsamic with Brie and Apples,  East Coast Ch-aesar Wrap, California Dreamin’ Pizza, East Hampton Clam Chowder, Pasta, Pesto and Peas, Roast Loin of Pork w/ Fennel & Apples, Tequila Lime Drummers, Lemon Bread Pudding w/ Lemon Curd, Hot Chocolate w/ Homemade Marshmallows.  $38. 

October 25th  - “One Pot Meals” – Four stellar, company-worthy dishes that require few dishes.  Chicken Rococco, Baked Ziti with Pomodoro Sauce & 3 Cheeses, Chicken Cacciatore, Veal Stew w/ Wild Mushrooms and Herbs.  $35.

October 27th – “Mastering Risotto”  - Vanilla Rissotto w/ Vanilla Glazed Scallops, Wild Mushroom Rissotto w/ Beer Can Chicken, Sun-dried Tomato Risotto w/ Grilled Vegetables.  $35.

October 28th – “Autumn Brunch in Wine Country” – A spectacular al fresco style presentation of a full sit-down brunch showcasing autumn vineyard splendor.  Fall Orchard Sangria, Baked Ricotta w/ Herbs, Roasted Stuffed Tomato Confit, Vineyard Egg Strata with Artichokes, Pancetta & Goat cheese, Wild Mushroom Risotto w/ Truffles and Pear & Hazelnut Gratin w/ Mascarpone.  Two seating options – 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.  $35.

November 3rdTakin’ It Easy In The Big Easy” – Join us for a taste bud stroll down on the bayou for flavors unique to N’orleans.  Low Country Crab Cakes w/ Cajun Hollandaise,  Creole Caesar Salad w/ Cornbread Croutons, Seafood Gumbo, Muffaletta and Louisiana Mud Pie.  $35.

November 5th – “Autumn Flavor of Fire” – This 10 course menu is inspired by only one thing…flames.  Come Hungry!!  Grilled Corn Sauté, Grilled Fish Tacos with Citrus Slaw, Mustard Crusted Smoked Chickens , Smoked Pulled Pork Nachos, Grilled Salmon w/ Cider, Bacon & Pine Nuts, Spicy Grilled Catfish w/ Chunky Avocado Sauce, Tequila & Lime Grilled Chicken Drummers, Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Smoked Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms and Grilled Vegetable Cous Cous.  $38.

November 7th- “Perfecting The Art Of The Party” - Parmesan Tuilles, A Fork of Thai Noodle Salad, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Citrus Ceviche Scallop / Greens, Vanilla & Fig Balsamic On Brie with Pears, Smoked Whole Salmon w/ Fire Roasted Oranges, Pinot Noir and Vanilla Soaked Fruits, Company’s Coming Antipasto Platter, Black & Blue Lollipops and Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Spears.  $35.

 

We hope our class offerings stimulate your imagination and tempt your palate.  All evening classes begin at 6:00 pm and Saturday classes begin at noon.  Cost per person is $35.00 unless noted.  Class size is limited.  Reservations may be made over the phone with a credit card or in person with a check or cash.  All paid reservations serve as a commitment.  Refunds can be issued if cancellation is given 72 hours prior to class.  We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment.  Please call 217-429-4374 to reserve a seat.
